Our goal is to ensure that our international patients have a smooth medical journey. While traveling to another country for a medical procedure, the language and customs you do not know, it is crucial to have extensive information about the whole process, to plan all details in advance and to be able to communicate with your international patient consultant at all times.

 

Evaluation of  your unique case is one of the most important parts of the medical journey. It starts with getting photos and information about your case as well as your medical background. In return, we will share our evaluation and information about the treatment with you in detail. We are highly aware that informed patients can make the best decision for themselves.

 

We will also ask about your medical history, if you are using medication, have any medical problem, allergy or infection so that our in-house anesthesiologist can evaluate your case and confirm that we can move forward with the procedure.

 

Once you decide to move forward, we work on travel arrangements. The first step would be to agree on a date so that we can make a preliminary booking. After the flight tickets are purchased, we will confirm your appointment, and complete all arrangements, including reservations for accommodation and transfers.

 

Our international patient coordinator will also contact you and share all information, including how you need to prepare, what you need to do and what’s not to do (such as, consume alcohol for a while before coming)
